RESPONSE was founded in 1994 with a mission statement to provide the highest quality mobile and site security. We have strived to realize this high level service. Response has become a reality in the new millennium. RESPONSE is the largest Mobile Patrol Company and the largest Alarm Response Company in the greater Ottawa area. Creating a company such as this was no easy task. However our team of trained and dedicated professionals has created an atmosphere that our clients trust and can depend on. As a locally owned and operated company, Response has gained a national reputation for ground breaking programs and procedures.

RESPONSE was the 1st company in Canada to endeavor into private Policing, writing the rules and guide- lines for the future of security in Canada. Appearing on the Front Page of the Ottawa Citizen and in most major city news papers, the media noted our unique approach to security concerns. Response was the feature of a TV documentary on the future of Security in the realm of private policing in Canada (Oct 1999)

RESPONSE has patrol cars on the road 24- hours per day, 7 days a week, ready to respond to your call. Our patrol vehicles are full-size, fully equipped, marked and radio-dispatched. A written report confirming our findings is left on site every night by our security officers. This keeps you in touch with your security and safety issues daily.

Stay in bed out of harms way. Your staff can stay out of harms way after hours while Response will respond to site calls as well as address parking problems, suspicious persons, noise complaints & burglar alarms. This is offered via our SECURITY ON CALL program for all our patrol clients.

RESPONSE actually checks all perimeter entrances and, when required, can enter the property via our key service to check and verify interior areas as specified.

Doing our part for the community, Response volunteers our fully marked patrol cars and trained staff to Ottawa charities. The organizations that have benefited from our involvement are Santa Toy Parade (since 1995), Tour de Nortel (5 years)., Juvenile Diabetes Association, Reach Foundation, Belair Community Association, Say No To Drugs Program. Over 4000 hours of volunteer time and counting.
